Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 20/06/2026

At MAMK GROUP, we sell printers, printing accessories, and related products as an independent online reseller. Where a manufacturer warranty is provided for a product, warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

This Warranty Policy explains how manufacturer warranties and warranty-related assistance are handled for products purchased through our website.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty is provided for a product, the applicable warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, and terms are determined by the respective manufacturer.

Warranty availability and coverage may vary depending on the:

  • Product
  • Model
  • Brand
  • Region
  • Manufacturer’s warranty terms
  • Applicable purchase and service conditions

The applicable warranty period generally begins from the purchase or invoice date unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.

Customers should review the warranty information provided with the product and, where applicable, the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.

2. Our Role as an Independent Reseller

MAMK GROUP is an independent online reseller.

We source products through our supplier and distributor network and sell them directly to customers through our website.

MAMK GROUP is not the manufacturer of the products we sell and is not an authorised service centre for the manufacturers whose products may be offered through our website.

We do not perform manufacturer warranty repairs or technical servicing ourselves.

Where appropriate, we may assist customers with information or documentation relating to the applicable manufacturer warranty.

3. Warranty Claims

If a product develops a suspected manufacturing defect during an applicable warranty period, customers should contact the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s authorised service provider where warranty service is available.

Depending on the manufacturer and product, warranty support may be provided through manufacturer customer-support channels, authorised service centres, repair services, warranty registration, or other procedures specified by the manufacturer.

Customers may be asked to provide information such as:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • Product serial number
  • Warranty documentation, where supplied
  • Proof of purchase
  • Product details
  • Information describing the reported issue

The manufacturer or its authorised service provider determines whether a product qualifies for warranty repair, replacement, or another remedy under the applicable warranty terms.

4. Products and Conditions Generally Excluded From Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage may not apply to issues resulting from circumstances such as:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Fire or electrical damage caused by external factors
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect use or operation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Consumable items, unless specifically covered by the manufacturer
  • Any other exclusions stated in the manufacturer’s warranty terms

The manufacturer’s official warranty terms determine the final eligibility and coverage.

5. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery, customers should contact MAMK GROUP as soon as reasonably possible and within the period specified in our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

For verification and assistance, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Order details
  • A description of the issue
  • An unboxing video where reasonably requested and available

After reviewing the information, MAMK GROUP will assist with the applicable return, replacement, refund, supplier, or manufacturer procedure in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the applicable supplier or manufacturer requirements.

A DOA request does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. The reported issue may need to be verified before a resolution is determined.

6. Missing, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

If an order arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been tampered with, customers should, where reasonably possible:

  1. Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  2. Refuse delivery where the package is significantly damaged and the carrier permits refusal.
  3. Photograph the package and visible damage.
  4. Contact MAMK GROUP as soon as possible after delivery.

Prompt notification helps us coordinate with the relevant courier, supplier, or manufacturer where necessary.

7. Warranty Assistance

Although manufacturer warranty decisions are made by the applicable manufacturer or authorised service provider, MAMK GROUP may assist customers by providing available information such as:

  • Manufacturer contact information
  • Available service-centre information
  • Warranty procedures
  • Purchase invoice copies, where available
  • Product and order information

Our assistance does not guarantee approval of a warranty claim.

Warranty eligibility, repair, replacement, service availability, and other warranty decisions remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms.

8. Replacement Eligibility

Products are not automatically eligible for replacement solely because a customer wishes to exchange a product after use.

Replacement requests are handled according to the applicable:

  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Product condition
  • Reported issue
  • Verification results
  • Supplier procedures
  • Manufacturer warranty terms, where applicable

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Warranty Responsibility

MAMK GROUP is an independent reseller and does not control the warranty policies or service operations of individual manufacturers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, manufacturer warranty decisions, repair procedures, replacement decisions, service-centre availability, parts availability, and manufacturer service timelines remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s policies and procedures.

MAMK GROUP will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with relevant warranty information and documentation where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, supplier arrangements, product offerings, or applicable legal requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
