Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 20/06/2026

At MAMK GROUP, we are committed to supplying genuine products sourced from trusted distributors and suppliers. This Warranty Policy explains how product warranties are handled for items purchased through our website.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all eligible products sold on our website are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined solely by the respective manufacturer and may vary depending on the product model and brand.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase or invoice date unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

2. Our Role as a Reseller

MAMK GROUP is an independent online reseller.

We source genuine products from trusted suppliers and sell them directly to customers. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, and we are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer.

We do not perform warranty repairs, replacements, or technical servicing ourselves.

3. Warranty Claims

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, you should contact the manufacturer’s authorised service centre.

Most manufacturers provide:

  • Nationwide service centres
  • Customer care helplines
  • Online warranty registration
  • Product repair services
  • Spare parts support

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • Product serial number
  • Warranty card (if supplied)
  • Proof of purchase

The manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or any other remedy under their warranty terms.

4. Products Not Covered Under Warranty

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Fire or electrical damage caused by external factors
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect usage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic scratches or dents after delivery
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts
  • Consumable items unless specifically covered by the manufacturer

Coverage always depends on the manufacturer’s official warranty policy.

5. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional at the time of delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To assist with verification, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • An unboxing video where reasonably requested
  • Order details

After verification, we will assist in arranging a replacement, return, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the supplier’s procedures.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please:

  • Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  • If possible, refuse delivery if the package appears significantly damaged.
  • Contact our customer support team immediately after delivery.

Prompt reporting helps us coordinate with the courier and supplier.

7. Warranty Assistance

Although warranty claims are generally handled by the manufacturer, we are happy to assist customers by providing available information regarding:

  • Manufacturer contact details
  • Authorised service centre locations
  • Warranty procedures
  • Purchase invoice copies, where available

Our assistance does not guarantee approval of any warranty claim, as all warranty decisions remain with the manufacturer.

8. Replacement Eligibility

Products will not be replaced solely because a customer wishes to exchange them after use.

Replacement requests are subject to:

  • Our Return & Refund Policy
  • Manufacturer warranty terms
  • Verification of the reported issue
  • Product condition

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to supplying genuine products and providing reasonable assistance regarding warranty information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer warranty decisions
  • Repair timelines
  • Service centre availability
  • Parts availability
  • Delays caused by manufacturers or authorised service providers

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, supplier arrangements, or legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised Effective Date.
